What we have learned & how we can Improve

Through this case study, we gained valuable insights into the challenges Netflix faces in a competitive market, especially in India. The main takeaway is the need to align Netflix’s offerings with the diverse needs of Indian users. By focusing on affordability, social engagement, and family-friendly content, we were able to identify opportunities to address these barriers and drive growth. Key insights include:

  1. Price Sensitivity: Many users view Netflix as a premium option, which makes price-sensitive segments hesitant to subscribe.
  2. Social Engagement: Younger audiences crave interactive experiences, highlighting the need for features that enhance real-time social engagement.
  3. Family Needs: Family-oriented content and affordable subscription plans are crucial to increasing adoption, particularly in Tier 2/3 cities

To build on these improvements, we would focus on:
